You are welcome to return your items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days of receipt of purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Items must not be washed, dried, damaged or soiled in any way and must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition as received. Tags must still be in place.
Proof of purchase is required with your return. You may use a printed copy of your email order.
Customers are responsible to ship their items back to Wisemom Baby Boutique in Canada, at their own expense, within 14 days of arrival of said items. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for refund at email@example.com.
All items are eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Wisemom Baby Boutique cannot issue refunds for missing items that are shown as being delivered. Please contact your postal office to inquire about your parcel.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Wisemom does not offer exchanges. Items can be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt of item only.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so you can guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
